Peru stretches from the coast, over the Andes and into the Amazon, boasting different altitudes and climates. This beautiful South American country offers a wide range of special coffee tastes. On the whole Peruvian coffee is best known for its mellow body, lightly floral acidity, and crisp, clean finish.
We are pleased to present a decaf coffee, on par with the characteristics of our award winning Chanchamayo from Peru. This organic coffee holds Swiss Water Process certificates and is from a cooperative of farmers in the Peru.
You will taste crisp citrus acidity upfront, followed by malt and cocoa to finish.
This coffee can be prepared as a filter or espresso.
