NICARAGUA - ORGANIC.
This limited offer coffee is from a 12 hectare farm in the Matagalpa region of Nicaragua. It is grown in collaboration between Cooperativa Santa Isabelia and ECOM's Sustainable Management Services (SMS) team on the ground.
This natural processed offering is dried with the fruit berry on the bean, providing a lovely fruity finish. It is turned every hour for the first 2 days and after more days pass by a bit more time is given to the coffee before further processing and drying in preparation for further export.
The bean is the Marsellesa variety with tasting notes of this natural being Honey, Raspberry, Strawberry Vanilla and Chocolate. It's a taste sensation, exclusive and limited supply, grab a bag of beans whilst it is available.
