This Micro-lot is from the Yukro Village - Lot 1, Limu, Gera and is washed processed from the Talila coffee washing station . The facility is located in Kercho Anderacha in the nearby village of Gera county, one of the highland coffee growing areas in Ethiopia. For grading purposes, the area of Gera is classified under the Limu Region of coffee, a growing region exceptionally characterised by unique coffee varieties, semi forest coffee production system and high altitude farms.
The Talila Washing Station has been established with support of Addis Exporter, the oldest coffee exporting company in Ethiopia which has been operating coffee
businesses for almost 50 years. This partnership assures high quality, traceability, transparency, genuine farmer relationship and importantly sustainability.
This is an exceptional heirloom coffee, grown between 1900 and 2100m above sea level by dedicated small holder farmers, it will tingle your taste buds with notes of vanilla and lime tart, it is jammy with a hint of jasmine. This offering has a delicious aroma and can be brewed by any means showcasing it's own natural sweetness and acidity.
